Join Joel Plaskett Emergency and Port Cities for a unique concert experience on Georges Island in the middle of Halifax Harbour during the Rendez Vous 2017 Tall Ships Regatta this July 29.

PLEASE READ THE FAQ PAGE FOR MORE INFO

Here are a few other rules for this event:

  • This is a licensed 19+ only event so a government ID will be required for every ticket holder to get into the ferry terminal for transportation to the Island.
  • NO SMOKING will be permitted on most of the island but there will be a small area at the base of the island designated for smoking.
  • Small backpacks will be allowed but will be searched upon entry to the pier. No alcohol, drugs, weapons or unnecessary items will be permitted.
  • Food and Beverage service (water, soft drinks, beer, spirits and food) will be on the Island but it is CASH ONLY.  Please bring enough cash with you for the day as there is not an ATM on the island.
  • The terrain is somewhat rough so consider "sensible" footwear
  • Please stay within the fenced areas and do not enter "no access" areas
  • In case of emergency you will be instructed to proceed to the muster station located to the right of the dock going down the road

THINGS YOU ARE PERMITTED TO BRING ON TO THE ISLAND:

  • foldable lawn chair (there is limited seating available in the VIP section)
  • one 1.5L SEALED bottle of water per ticket holder. There is no running water on the island so you won't be able to refill but water and soft drinks will be available for purchase. Security reserves the right to reject your bottle if they suspect it may contain alcohol.
  • Rain coat + umbrella (there is a chance of showers but we are speaking to mother nature about that)

VIP benefits: Preferred + priority departures & a private VIP bar at the concert!
